SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF DECEMBER 17, 2018 Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, December 17, 2018. Approve the 2019/2020 Teamsters Local 120 bargaining unit contract and authorize execution of contract terms effective January 1, 2019 Q. Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays 10E) Conditional Use Permit/Variances at 1111 Concord Street South Moved by Hansen/Rothecker MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2018-217, approving a Conditional Use Permit/Variances for wholesale/retail operations and variances for parking setbacks and overhead/dock doors facing a public street for the property at 1111 Concord Street South. Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays 10F) Woog Arena Deficit Reduction Action Steps Moved by Rothecker/Podgorski MOVED: To approve the action steps to address deficit in Woog Arena Fund as presented this evening.
