SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF JUNE 10, 2019 Mayor James Francis called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2019. ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor Francis Councilmembers Dewey, Flatley, Forester, Hansen, Kaliszewski and Seaberg Absent: None Also Present: City Administrator, Joel Hanson City Clerk, Christy Wilcox 1) Adopt Prioritization for 2020 Bonding Requests Moved by Seaberg/Hansen MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2019-91, requesting $6.0 million in State Assistance to offset the costs of City utility reconstruction in conjunction with the reconstruction and turnback of Concord Street from I-494 to Annapolis Street. Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays Moved by Hansen/Flatley MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2019-92, requesting $350,000 in State Assistance to enable the addition of dehumidification equipment with heating and cooling capabilities for Rink #1 at Doug Woog Arena. Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays Moved by Forester/Seaberg MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2019-93, requesting $300,090 in State Assistance for building improvements at the City owned Lysdale Hangar at Fleming Field.
