SOUTH ST. PAUL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES OF OCTOBER 21, 2019 Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21, 2019. Resolution No. 2019-147, concurring with the issuance of a Lawful Gambling Exemption to Conduct Offsite Gambling by South St. Paul Youth Hockey F. Approve job description and salary range for the position of Public Housing Finance & Operations Specialist H.
