MINUTES OF MAY 15, 2020
Mayor James Francis called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 10:00 a.m. on
Friday, May 15, 2020. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.021, under the current emergency
declaration, some or all of the councilmembers may participate by remote locations using
WebEx.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Mayor Francis
Councilmembers Dewey, Flatley, Forester, Hansen,
Kaliszewski and Seaberg
Absent: None
Also Present: City Administrator, Joel Hanson

City Clerk, Christy Wilcox
HR Director, Shelly Anderson
IT Director, Ian Harding

MOVED: To approve the agenda.

4A) COVID-19 Expense Reduction Decisions
Moved by Seaberg/Hansen
MOVED: To approve the expense reductions as presented which include the
voluntary furlough of seven (7) employees.
