Mayor James Francis called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. on
March 1, 2021.

Participation in advance construction of Concord Street between the

8F) Professional Services Agreement with the City of St. Paul
Councilmember Podgorski removed this item from the consent agenda for discussion and
asked the City Council to consider amending the resolution. After discussion, the
consensus was not to amend the resolution as presented.

Agreement with the City of South St. Paul.

9A) Call for Public Hearing – Liquor License at 600 North Concord Street

MOVED: To call for a public hearing to be held on March 15, 2021, to consider
the application of an On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License by Eduardo David Garcia
Calvillo and George Tirado Hernandez (Las Islas Gemelas, LLC) at 600 North Concord
Street.

10A) 2nd Reading – Ordinance Allowing Temporary Asphalt Recycling Operations

MOVED: To adopt Ordinance No. 1373, enacting South St. Paul City Code
Section 118-205 to allow temporary asphalt/concrete recycling operations in support of
public improvement projects.
