Motion carried 7 ayes/0 nays 4A) Terminating Development Agreement – “The Yards” Moved by Hansen/Seaberg MOVED: Resolution No. 2021-48, terminating and cancelling the original Development Agreement with SSP QOZB LLC, SSP SPE I LLC and SSP SPE II LLC and approving new Development Agreement with SSP QOZB LLC, SSP SPE I LLC and SSP SPE II LLC.
