Contract with Safe Stop LLC for sidewalk trip hazard repair in the amount of $314,027.00 Motion carried 6 ayes/0 nays 9A) Public Hearing and First Reading – Home Occupation Ordinance Mayor Francis introduced the following proposed ordinance for its first reading: AN ORDINANCE REVISING ZONING REGULATIONS FOR HOME OCCUPATIONS 10A) Special Event License Request by Stockyards Tavern & Chophouse Moved by Seaberg/Bakken MOVED: To approve the Special Event License for Stockyards Tavern & Chophouse located at 456 South Concord Exchange for Saturday, June 26, 2021, from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. subject to the speakers being directed to the east.
