1) Mayor James Francis called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m.
on June 14, 2021.

MOVED: To approve the agenda.

4A) Declare Hazardous Building – 849 7th Avenue South
Moved by Seaberg/Podgorski
MOVED: To adopt Resolution No. 2021-101, order to remove or correct
hazardous condition in the garage structure at 849 7th Avenue South in South St. Paul.
