Call for Hearing – Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Request at 1150 Southview Blvd. – Hat Trick Liquor Moved by: Podgorski/Hansen Moved: Call for a Public Hearing scheduled on Monday, April 3, 2023, for Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License at 1150 Southview Blvd.; Hat Trick Liquor. Vote: 7 ayes / 0 nays, motion carried. 10. General Business: A. First Reading- An Ordinance Rezoning 1020 Marie Avenue Offered for a First Reading by Council Member Seaberg B. Twin City Hide and Tanning PUD Extension Moved by: Kaliszewski/Bakken Moved: Approve Resolution 2023-040 for an extension of the PUD for Twin City Hide and Tanning. Vote: 7 ayes / 0 nays, motion carried. C. Pet Fresh Dog Wash Conditional Use Permit Amendment Moved by: Seaberg/Podgorski Moved: Approve Resolution 2023-041 an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for Pet Fresh Dog Wash to extend their hours. Vote: 7 ayes / 0 nays, motion carried. D. 404 Orchard Lane Reasonable Accommodation Request Moved by: Hansen/Bakken Moved: Deny a reasonable accommodation for the property located at 404 Orchard Lane based on staff recommendation. Resolution Accepting Bids and Awarding a Construction Contract for the 2nd Street and 7th Avenue Improvements Project (2022-008) to Danner Inc. Moved by: Kaliszewski/Thompson Moved: Approve Resolution 2023-026 accepting bids and awarding a construction contract for the 2nd Street and 7th Avenue Improvements Project to Danner Inc. Vote: 5 ayes / 2 nays, motion carried. F. 2023-2024 Council Appointments to Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission and South Metro Fire Board of Directors Moved by: Podgorski/Bakken Moved: To appoint Tom Seaberg to the South Metro Fire Board of Directors. Vote: 7 ayes / 0 nays, motion carried. Mayor Francis appointed Council Member Bakken to the Parks and Recreation Council. 11.
