Approve Bid from HDR, Inc for the Independent Fee Estimate for Construction Administration Services for the Taxiway Construction Project F. Business Licenses G. Vote: 4 ayes / 3 nays, motion carried. B. Second Reading- Tree Ordinance Repeal and Replace Moved by: Bakken/Hansen Moved: Motion to adopt Ordinance 1407 to Repeal and Replace the City’s Tree Ordinance. Vote: 7 ayes / 0 nays, motion carried. C. Approve Change Order No. 14 to the Concord Street Improvements Project Contract with Eureka Construction in the amount of $664,205.58 Moved by: Seaberg/Bakken Moved: Approval of change order number 14 to the Concord Street Improvement Project with Eureka Construction in the amount of $664,205.58.
