Tobacco Violation Hearing – Sam’s Tobacco Shop Moved by: Podgorski/Kaliszewski Moved: Approval of Resolution 2023-067, charging an administrative penalty for a tobacco sale violation. Revocation and Denial of a Rental License at 404 Orchard Lane Moved by: Bakken/Podgorski Moved: To submit the documentation from the Council packet into the record. Vote: 5 ayes / 0 nays, motion carried. Moved by: Podgorski/Kaliszewski Moved: Revoke the current rental license for 404 Orchard Lane and deny the renewal of the pending license renewal.
