Special Session
Minutes June 13, 2017
The Spearfish City Council met at 4:30 PM on Tuesday, June 13, 2017. Mayor Boke presided
and called the meeting to order. The following members were present: Clark, Hodgs,
Klarenbeek, Jacobs, Lee and Schmit. Also present: Human Resource Director Friedel.
Hodgs moved, Jacobs seconded and all voted to adjourn to executive session pursuant to SDCL
1-25-2 (1) at 4:30 PM.
Council returned to regular session at 6:12PM. There being no further business before the
Council, Lee moved, Klarenbeek seconded and all voted to adjourn at 6:12 PM.
