Special Session
Minutes June 16, 2017
The Spearfish City Council met at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2017. Mayor Boke presided and
called the meeting to order. The following members were present: Clark, Hodgs, Klarenbeek,
Jacobs and Schmit. Lee was absent Also present: Human Resource Director Friedel.
Hodgs moved, Jacobs seconded and all voted to adjourn to executive session pursuant to SDCL
1-25-2 (1) at 4:00 PM.
Council returned to regular session at 5:43 PM. There being no further business before the
Council, Clark moved, Jacobs seconded and all voted to adjourn at 5:43 PM.
