Spearfish City Council Special Session Minutes Date: January 17, 2018 The Spearfish City Council met in Special Session in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Services Centre at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 with the following members present: Mayor Boke, Clark, Hodgs, Jacobs, Klarenbeek, Lee and Schmit. Also present: City Administrator Harmon, Finance Officer Dutton, City Attorney Davis, City Planner Watson, Building Official Paisley, Code Enforcement Officer Deaver, Airport Manager Jilek, Library Director Wilde, Public Works Director Johnson, Streets Superintendent Riopel, Police Chief Rotert, Fire Chief Sachara, City Engineer Mathis, Wastewater Treatment Facility Superintendent Evridge, Parks and Recreation Director Mader and Assistant City Planner Mayo. Mayor Boke presided and called the meeting to order. Susan Konstant, PACE Strategic Development, LLC facilitated a Strategic Planning Workshop. 44 action items from various departmental areas of the City of Spearfish were presented, discussed and ranked. There being no further business before the Council, Schmit moved, Hodgs seconded and all voted to adjourn at 7:34 PM. Dated this 17th day of January 2018.
