Special Session
Minutes October 10, 2018
The Spearfish City Council met at 5:35 PM on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 in Special Session.
Mayor Boke presided and called the meeting to order. Roll Call was taken with the following
City Council members present: Hodgs, Jacobs, Klarenbeek, Lee and Martin. Absent: Clark.
Also present: City Administrator Harmon, Assistant Finance Officer DeNeui, City Attorney
McDonald, City Engineer Mathis and Legal Counsel Brady.
Hodgs moved, Klarenbeek seconded and all voted to adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to
SDCL 9-34-19 and SDCL 1-25-2(3) to consult with legal counsel at 5:35 PM.
Council returned from Executive Session at 6:18 PM. There being no further business before the
Council Lee moved, Hodgs seconded and all voted to adjourn at 6:18 PM.
