Special Session Minutes
November 8, 2019
The Spearfish City Council met at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2019. Mayor Boke called the
meeting to order. Roll call was taken with the following members present: Clark, Eisenbraun,
Herrmann, Hodgs, and Klarenbeek. Absent: Jacobs. Also present: City Administrator Harmon,
City Attorney McDonald, and Finance Officer DeNeui.
Mayor Boke joined the meeting via telephonic means so Council Chairman Hodgs presided over the
meeting.
Executive Session – Clark moved, Klarenbeek seconded and all voted to enter into executive
sessions to consult with legal counsel regarding pending litigation pursuant to SDCL 1-25-2(3).
Council returned to regular session at 12:51 p.m.
There being no further business before the Council, Clark moved, Eisenbraun seconded and all
voted to adjourn at 12:52 p.m.
