Spearfish City Council Special Session Minutes November 11, 2019 The Spearfish City Council met at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 11, 2019. Mayor Boke presided and called the meeting to order. Roll call was taken with the following members present: Clark, Eisenbraun, Herrmann, Hodgs, and Klarenbeek. Absent: Jacobs (arrived at 5:37 p.m.). Also present: City Administrator Harmon, City Attorney McDonald, and Finance Officer DeNeui. Executive Session – Hodgs moved, Klarenbeek seconded and all voted to enter into executive sessions to consult with legal counsel regarding pending litigation pursuant to SDCL 1-25-2(3). Council returned to regular session at 5:46 p.m. There being no further business before the Council, Klarenbeek moved, Clark seconded and all voted to adjourn at 5:46 p.m. Dated this 11th day of November, 2019.
