Spearfish City Council Special Session Minutes October 21, 2021 4:00 p.m. The Spearfish City Council met at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Mayor Boke presided and called the meeting to order. Roll call was taken with the following members present: Clark, Hodgs, Hourigan, Jacobs, Klarenbeek and Rath. Absent: None. Also present: Interim City Administrator McDonald and Human Resource Director Mathis. Hodgs moved, Hourigan seconded and all voted to approve the agenda. Executive Session – Clark moved, Jacobs seconded and all voted to enter executive session under SDCL 1-25-2(1) to discuss the qualifications, competence, performance, character or fitness of any public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee. Council returned to regular session at 5:59 p.m. There being no further business, Clark moved, Jacobs seconded and all voted to adjourn at 5:59 p.m. Dated this 21st day of October, 2021.
