Spearfish City Council Special Session Minutes October 27, 2021 4:30 p.m. The Spearfish City Council met at 4:55 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Mayor Boke presided and called the meeting to order. Roll call was taken with the following members present: Clark, Hodgs, Hourigan, Jacobs, Klarenbeek and Rath. Absent: None. Also present: Interim City Administrator McDonald and Human Resource Director Mathis. Hodgs moved, Jacobs seconded and all voted to approve the agenda. Executive Session – Hourigan moved, Klarenbeek seconded and all voted to enter executive session under SDCL 1-25-2(1) to discuss the qualifications, competence, performance, character or fitness of any public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee. Council returned to regular session at 5:45 p.m. There being no further business, Hodgs moved, Jacobs seconded and all voted to adjourn at 5:45 p.m. Dated this 27th day of October, 2021.
