Notice of Quorum of the Spearfish City Council, Spearfish Planning Commission, Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Advisory Board, and Grace Balloch Memorial Library Board City of Spearfish, South Dakota An open house will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the W.S. Tretheway Pavilion located at 115 S. Canyon St., Spearfish, to gather public input and feedback regarding potential short-term rental regulation in Spearfish. In accordance with South Dakota Codified Law 1-25-1, notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Spearfish City Council, Spearfish Planning Commission, Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Advisory Board, and Grace Balloch Library Board may be present. No official business will be decided.
