THE FOLLOWING MINUTES ARE SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION AND ARE NOT OFFICIAL MINUTES UNTIL APPROVED BY THE SPRING HILL GREEN BOARD Spring Hill Green Board Regular Meeting Minutes April 18, 2016 CALL TO ORDER Doug D’Albini called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm ROLL CALL Present: Doug D’Albini Laila Reis Mark Squire Absent: Stephen Bayer Staff Present: Beau Ford, Parks Superintendent Dora Davison, Green Board Secretary Meeting Attendees: No other attendees APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion by Laila Reis, seconded by Mark Squire to approve the agenda. Motion carried 3‐0. FORMAL BOARD ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes: January 11, 2016 Motion by Laila Reis, seconded by Mark Squire to approve the Minutes. Motion carried 3‐0. 2. 2016 Green Board Group picture was taken. 3. Arbor Day 2017 a. Mr. Ford would like the Green Board to generate ideas to bring more interest to Arbor Day. i. Having a booth at on the opening day of the Spring Hill Farmer’s Market was suggested. 4. The 2017 Green Board budget request has been submitted. 5. Woodland Ridge a. A drain tile system for the upper pond will be proposed to City Administration for consideration. 6. Recycling a. There was no update for Ripple Glass at this time. b. There was no updated information for trash service at this time. Booth volunteers: Mark Squire, Doug D’Albini and Laila Reis. The event will take place April 30th from 11am‐3pm at the Middle School South. 8. Parks Department Update OTHER BUSINESS ADJOURN Motion by Laila Reis, seconded by Mark Squire to adjourn. Motion carried.
