Heard Jeff White Jerry Converse Michael Ellis Geraldine Farmer 1.1 Mayor Billy Paul Carneal called to order the special meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen at 7:00 p.m. The meeting opened with the pledge of allegiance to the American flag. 2.0 Administration 2.1 The Board of Mayor and Aldermen and the Robertson County Board of Education met in a joint public meeting to discuss student demographics and the disappointing academic performance of Springfield public schools. Each member of both boards had an opportunity to express their views and concerns.
