An ordinance rescinding Ordinance 14-08 in its entirety and setting a new schedule of rates and charges for the Springfield water system. 2.3 Discuss and possibly take action on Ordinance 15-07 on 3rd reading. An ordinance rescinding Ordinance 14-09 in its entirety and setting a new schedule of rates and charges for the Springfield sewer system. 2.4 Discuss and possibly take action on Ordinance 15-08 on 3rd reading.
