The St. Charles Board of Adjustment will meet on Monday, March 9, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. on the
fourth floor of City Hall in the City Council Chambers to consider the following matters:
Call to Order and Call the Roll
1. Case No. BOA-2015-1. Address: 600 South Second Street (Harold Thomas). Request to
increase the maximum size for a new detached accessory structure from 602 square feet to
780 square feet (26 ft. by 30 ft.) as regulated in §400.530(A)(7) of the City of St. Charles
Code of Ordinances. The zoning for the subject property is CRD-II Central Residential
District. (Ward 2)
2. Case No. BOA-2015-2. Address: 61 West Lee Drive (William R Anglin). Request to increase
the maximum size for a new detached accessory structure from 856 square feet to 1,740
square feet (29 ft. by 60 ft.) as regulated in §400.530(A)(7) of the City of St. Charles Code of
Ordinances. The zoning for the subject property is R-1C Single Family Residential District.

3. Case No. BOA-2015-3. Address: 516 North 7th Street (Elizabeth Orr). Request to decrease
the front yard setback for an open, unenclosed porch from 19 feet to 6 feet 9 inches as
regulated in §400.620(A)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The zoning for
the subject property is R-1E Single-Family Residential District. (Ward 1)
