Case No. BOA-2015-17. Address: 433 Jackson Street (Jackie Lynch and Mark Huebbe). Request to increase the size of building mounted signage from 40 square feet to 77.76 square feet as required in §400.1720(A)(1) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The zoning for the subject property is T4-NMX Neighborhood Mixed-Use District. (Ward 1) 2. Case No. BOA-2015-18. Address: 1890 Zumbehl Road (Piros Signs, Inc.). Two (2) Requests - Request to increase the size and height of a menu board sign from 30 sq. ft. and 6 ft. tall to 43.66 sq. ft. and 6.75 ft. tall as required in §400.1610(A)(1) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The zoning for the subject property is C-2 General Business District. (Ward 6) 3. Case No. BOA-2015-19. Address: 2760 Muegge Road (Piros Signs, Inc.). Request to increase the height of a freestanding sign from 6 ft. tall to 8 ft. tall as required in §400.1560(A)(1) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The zoning for the subject property is C-3 Highway Business District. (Ward 6) 4. Case No. BOA-2015-20. Address: 1950 Zumbehl Road (Kelco Signs & Graphics – Gary Cowles). Three (3) Requests - Request to increase the size and height of a freestanding sign Board of Adjustment Agenda 1  from 24 square feet and 6 ft. tall to 84 sq. ft. and 8 ft. tall as required in §400.1560(A)(1) and a third request to decrease the size of a tenant panel from 8 sq. ft. to 6.7 sq. ft. as required in §400.1720(A)(4)(b) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances.
