Case No. BOA-2017-15. Address: 3050 West Clay Street (Demond Signs Inc.). Request to increase the height of a building-mounted sign from thirty-five (35) feet to forty-two (42) feet as required in §400.1490(A)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned C-2 General Business District (Ward 6). 2. Case No. BOA-2017-16. Address: 807 Ruth Drive (Charles Curtis Cross). Request to decrease the required side yard and rear yard setbacks for an accessory structure (shed) from five (5) feet to zero (0) feet as regulated in §400.530(A)(3) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned R-1E Single Family Residential District (Ward 9).
