Case No. BOA-2018-14. Address: 2776 Brook Hill Lane. (Peter Viviano) Request to decrease the required rear yard setback for an unenclosed deck from nineteen (19) feet to thirteen (13) feet as regulated in §400.620(A)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned PD-R Planned Development-Residential (Ward 5). 2. Case No. BOA-2018-15. Address: 1319 Clairmont Lane. (Jericho Collins) Request to permit a swimming pool within a side yard as prohibited within §400.620(A)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned R-1E Single Family Residential District (Ward 3). 3. Case No. BOA-2018-16. Address: 5 Stonehill Court. (Stephen and Sandra Lovelace) 2 Requests. 1st - Request to permit a swimming pool within a side yard as prohibited within §400.620(A)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 2 nd – Request to decrease the required setback for decking adjacent a pool from five (5) feet to one (1) foot as regulated by §400.620(C)(2) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. (Dale Sign Service) Request to increase the maximum size of a pole sign from thirty seven and one half (37.5) feet to sixty one and one quarter (61.25) feet as regulated in §400.1560(B)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned C-2 General Business District (Ward 6). 5. Case No. BOA-2018-18. Address: 1 Oriole Court. (Frenchtown Exteriors) Request to decrease the required rear yard setback for an unenclosed deck from nineteen (19) feet to fifteen (15) feet as regulated in §400.620(A)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned R-1E Single Family Residential District (Ward 10). 6. Case No. BOA-2018-19. Address: 21 Wayne Street. (Lisa Krenning) Request to increase the maximum area for an accessory structure (garage) from fifty (50) percent (490 sq. ft.) to sixty two (62) percent (610 sq. ft.) as regulated in §400.530(A)(7) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned R-1C Single Family Residential District (Ward 9).
