Case No. BOA-2018-29. Address: 1455 Fairgrounds Road. (City of St. Charles) 2 Requests. 1 st - Request to increase the maximum height of a freestanding identification sign from six (6) feet to twelve (12) feet as regulated in §400.1560(A)(1) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. 2nd – Request to increase the maximum sign area for a freestanding identification sign from twenty four (24) square feet to thirty six (36) square feet as regulated within §400.1560(A)(1) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned O-I Office Institution District (Ward 2). 2. Case No. BOA-2018-30. Address: 135 North 4th Street. (Bill Cook) Request to decrease the required accessory building setback from the main building from ten (10) feet to four (4) feet as regulated in §400.530(A)(4) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned CRD-1 Central Residential District within the EHP Extended Historic Preservation District overlay (Ward 1). 3. Administrative Item. Approval of the 2019 Meeting Dates and Deadlines.
