Case No. BOA-2019-22. Address: 3513 Harry S Truman Boulevard (Bax Engineering Company – Larry Walker). A request to decrease the required structure setback from a residential zoning district boundary from one hundred (100) feet to fifty seven (57) feet as regulated in §400.240(D)(5)(a) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned I-1 Light Industrial District (Ward 6).
