Case No. BOA-2019-20. Address: 3881 Mexico Road (Kimley-Horn & Associates - Michaela Walker). A request to increase permitted sign area from one hundred and fifty (150) square feet three hundred and ninety-four (394) square feet as regulated in §400.1720(A)(1) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned C-3 Highway Business District (Ward 6). 2. Case No. BOA-2019-21. Address: 1015 Elmwood Drive (Elmwood Family LP). A request to reverse a decision of an administrative official as regulated in §400.1080(A)(1) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinance. Specifically the request is to reverse the decision of an administrative official that an existing trash and yard waste enclosure is legal non-conforming. The property is zoned R-1E Single- Family Residential District (Ward 7).
