Case No. BOA-2019-17. Address: 3881 Mexico Road (Kimley-Horn & Associates - Michaela Walker). A request to increase permitted sign area from one hundred and fifty (150) square feet to two thousand one hundred & thirteen (2,113) square feet as regulated in §400.1720(A)(1) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned C-3 Highway Business District (Ward 6). 2. Case No. BOA-2019-18. Address: 3300 Kister Drive (Cheryl Hofferth). A request to decrease the required setback for a six (6) foot tall, sight proof fence located within the non-primary front yard of a corner lot from ten (10) feet to one (1) foot as regulated in §400.550(A)(2)(a)(2)(d) of the City of St. Charles Code of Ordinances. The property is zoned R-1E Single Family Residential (Ward 1). THIS APPLICATION HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN BY THE APPLICANT.
