Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract for Bridle Spur Culvert Replacement C. Authorization to execute a Real Property Purchase and Sales Agreement with Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Congregation and settlement statement with Investors Title for the 7th Street to Boone’s Lick Storm Water Improvements project for the total amount of purchase not to exceed $119,640.00 D. Prop P Quarterly Update 6. Public Works Department – Utility Division A. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Luby Equipment for the purchase of one (1) Takeuchi TB Excavator with a thumb attachment in an amount not to exceed $83,000.00 B. Authorization to enter into a Contract with CK Power for the Heritage Pump Station Backup Generator for a Kohler Diesel Generator and a Kohler automatic transfer switch in an amount not to exceed $130,766.39 C. Authorization to enter into a contract with Heggemann, Inc. for the Replace Screen Brush Shaft at Mississippi River Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements in an amount not to exceed $51,548.00 D. Authorization to enter into a contract with Layne Christensen Company for the Radial Collector Well Cleaning in an amount not to exceed $308,710.00 E. 2019 FEID Update F.
