The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, November 25, 2019 at 5:00 pm on the
Fourth Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Conference Room A. The agenda is as follows:

4. Discussion of Chapter 145 Changes Pertaining to Awarding of Contracts
5. Engineering Department
A. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with George Butler
Associates (GBA) for the Zumbehl Road Culvert Replacement project in an
amount not to exceed $330,000
B. Authorization to enter into Change Order #2 with Gershenson Construction Co.,
Inc. in an amount not to exceed $92,337.21 for the Second and Lawrence Storm
Sewer Improvement Project, total contract not to exceed $1,065,888.15
C. Authorization to enter into a contract with Pace Construction Company, LLC for
the 300 Water St. Storm and Sanitary Sewer Improvements Project in an amount
not to exceed $104,759.95
D. Detention Variance for Truman Business Center
6. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Authorization to enter into a contract with Schulte Supply, Inc. for the purchase of
Neptune Automated Meter Reader (AMR) Water Meters in an amount not to exceed
$230,000.00
B. Authorization to enter into a contract with J Oros Environmental Inc. for Lime
Residual Collection and Disposal Services in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00
C. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
D. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
E. Monthly Report on Status of New Town Vacuum System
F. Monthly Report on the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Insurance Program
G. Monthly Report on the Water Service Line Insurance Program
7. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
8. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
9. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction might
adversely affect the legal consideration therefore

3. Sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract
