Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT) for the Riverpointe Public Infrastructure Project B. Nathan Ave to Rose Brae Dr Storm Sewer Improvements - Authority to Acquire C. Alternatives Analysis & Recommendations for the Boschert Creek and Crystal Springs Creek Bank Stabilization Project D. Authorization to enter into a contract with Aztec Construction Specialties, LLC for the Cunningham – Woodlawn Drainage and Intersection Improvements in an amount not to exceed $169,777.00 E. Authorization to enter into a contract with Pavement Solutions for the Thrush – Mayer/Treadway Stormwater Improvements in an amount not to exceed $462,860.70 F. Approval to accept the sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, streets and street lights for Newtown Ph. 10B Ph. 2, and Newtown Gateway Ph. 1, 2, 3, 4. Approval to accept the streets for Newtown Ph. 1 1800 block and Newtown Ph. 10H. Approval to accept the sanitary sewers and streets for Ph. 2 Plat 6S and Ph. 2 Plat 6C-2 and authorization for full release of construction escrow 5. Public Works Department – Utility Division A. Authorization to enter into a contract with Fischer Grading, LLC for the 2220 Graystone Storm Sewer Extension in an amount not to exceed $106,923.00 B. Authorization to Utilize Water Fund reserves in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00 C. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Pat Kelly, for the purchase of one (1) International Crane Truck in an amount not to exceed $282,570.00 D. Authorization to enter into a Second Renewal Contract with Mississippi Lime Company for the purchase of Standard Hydrated Lime for Public Works in an amount not to exceed $460,000.00 E. Authorization to enter into a first renewal contract with Core & Main, LP. for the purchase of Water Supplies in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 F. Emergency repair of 27” Asphalt Lined Corrogated Metal Sanitary Sewer on Elm Point Road G. Authorization to enter into Amendment No. 8 of Agreement for Operations and Maintenance of Wastewater Facilities with Woodard and Curran, Inc. for an adjustment to Article V, Compensation, in the amount of $156,216.19 total contract amount for the 2019 year not to exceed $2,250,597.98 H. Authorization to execute a renewal contract to begin in January 2020 with IESI MO Champ Landfill, LLC for Landfill Services for City’s Sanitary Sewer Operations in the amount not to exceed $225,500.00 I. Sanitary – Current Projects Update J. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division K. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities L.
