The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, September 23, 2019 at 5:00 pm
on the Fourth Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Conference Room A. The agenda is as

A. Authorization to enter into a Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Crawford,
Murphy & Tilly for the Trunkmain Replacement – Skinner Industrial Drive
project in an amount not to exceed $174,660.00 increasing the total contact
amount not to exceed $289,660.00
B. Approval to accept the sanitary force main, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water
mains, and streets for Charlestowne Place Plats 4, 5, and 7 and authorization for
full release of construction escrow. Acceptance of the street lights for all Plats
1-7
C. West Clay Senior Living - Easement Vacation
D. Fountain Lakes - Easement Vacations
6. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Authorization to enter into a contract with GGRK, Inc. dba Contemporary Landscape
for mowing services in an amount not to exceed $90,000.00
B. Authorization to enter into a contract with K&P Precast Inc. for the purchase of
Sanitary and Storm Sewer Drain concrete supplies in an amount not to exceed
$75,000
C. Authorization to enter into a contract with Schreiter Ready Mix & Materials, Inc. for
ready mix concrete supply services for the Public Works Department in an amount
not to exceed $134,000.00
D. Authorization to enter into Amendment #1 for FY 2019 with Schulte Supply for the
purchase of water meters in an amount of $35,000, total contract not to exceed
$265,000
E. Authorization to amend the Rules and Regulations and Ordinance for the Sewer
Lateral Insurance Program regarding the Annual Fee amount collected
F. 2019 FEID Update
G. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
H. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
I. Monthly Report on Status of New Town Vacuum System
J. Monthly Report on the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Insurance Program
K. Monthly Report on the Water Service Line Insurance Program
7. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
8. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
9. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction
might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore
