Authorization to enter into Change Order with JTL Landscaping, LLC for the West Branch of Sandfort Creek Bank Stabilization Project in the amount of $28,531.00 B. Authorization to enter into Change Order No. 2 with KCI for the Cole Creek at Zumbehl Bank Stabilization Project in an amount not to exceed $ 25,449.59, total contract not to exceed $ 1,399,627.47 C. Authorization to enter into a contract for the McNair Park Storm Sewer Repair Project with Fischer Grading, LLC in an amount not to exceed $62,413.50 D. Authorization to Accept the Sanitary Sewer and Water Main in Camdon Farms E. Discussion on 2019 Building Demolitions Project 6. Public Works Department – Utility Division A. Authorization to enter into a Contract for Manhole Rehabilitation with Visu-Sewer of Missouri, LLC in the amount of $100,034.51 B. Authorization to enter into Amendment No. 8 of Agreement for Operations and Maintenance of Wastewater Facilities with Woodard and Curran, Inc. for an adjustment to Article V, Compensation, in the amount of $156,216.19 total contract amount for the 2019 year not to exceed $2,222,259.20 C. Authorization to Enter into Amendment #2 with Woodard & Curran for the Fountain Lakes Lift Station Low Flow Project in the amount of $18,000 total contract not to exceed $128,170.00 D. Authorization to enter into Amendment #1 for FY 2019 with Mississippi Lime for the purchase of Hydrated Lime in an amount of $40,000, total contract not to exceed $500,000.00 E. An Ordinance Amending Chapter 705.225 of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to summer sewer billing adjustment for residential customers F. Request to Utilize Reserve Funds for Sanitary Sewer Lateral Program G. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division H. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities I. Monthly Report on Status of New Town Vacuum System J. Monthly Report on the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Insurance Program K.
