Authorization to enter into a Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT) for the Riverpointe Public Infrastructure Project in an amount not to exceed $1,530,014.00 increasing the total contract amount not to exceed $1,630,004.00 C. Authorization to enter into a Construction Contract for the Skinner Industrial Drive Trunkmain Replacement and Intersection Improvement Project D. Discussion of Chapter 145 Procurement of Professional Services 6. Public Works Department – Utility Division A. Presentation by Black and Veatch of Water Study Results B. Authorization to enter into a Contract for Fountain Lakes Lift Station Improvements with TGB, Inc. in the amount of $454,900.00 C. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division D.
