The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, February 24, 2020 at 5:00 pm on the

A. Authorization to enter into Change Order No. 3 with JTL Landscaping, LLC for the
West Branch of Sandfort Creek at Truman Bank Stabilization Project in an amount
not to exceed $228,774.00, total contract not to exceed $920,572.50
B. Authorization to enter into a Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Crawford,
Murphy & Tilly (CMT) for the Riverpointe Public Infrastructure Project in an
amount not to exceed $1,530,014.00 increasing the total contract amount not to
exceed $1,630,004.00
C. Authorization to enter into a Construction Contract for the Skinner Industrial
Drive Trunkmain Replacement and Intersection Improvement Project
D. Discussion of Chapter 145 Procurement of Professional Services
6. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Presentation by Black and Veatch of Water Study Results
B. Authorization to enter into a Contract for Fountain Lakes Lift Station Improvements
with TGB, Inc. in the amount of $454,900.00
C. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
D. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
E. Monthly Report on Status of New Town Vacuum System
F. Monthly Report on the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Insurance Program
