to suspend Wehmeyer Farms from bidding on construction contracts
B. Authorization to enter into Change Order No. 3 with KCI for the Cole Creek at Zumbehl
Bank Stabilization Project in an amount not to exceed $66,772.79, total contract not to
exceed $ 1,469,608.14
C. Bridle Spur Culvert Replacement – Alternatives Analysis and Recommendations
D. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with George Butler
Associates, Inc. for the Duchesne Drive Culvert & Hawthorn Avenue Culvert
Replacements project in an amount not to exceed $299,493.00
E. Update of Stormwater Prop P Projects
4. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with Woodard & Curran
to provide engineering services for the Water Vulnerability and Risk Assessment in
amount not to exceed $104,857.00
B. New Town Vacuum Sanitary System Activities
C. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
D. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
5. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
6. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
7. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction
