The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, July 27, 2020 at 5:00 pm on the
Fourth Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Conference Room A. The agenda is as
follows:
1. Roll Call
2. Approval of Minutes of June 22, 2020 Meeting
3. Board of Public Works Rules and Regulations
4. Engineering Department
A. Authorization to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with Horner and Shifrin for
the Boones Lick Storm Sewers project in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00
5. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Authorization to enter into a contract with Hoffmann Brothers Heating & Air
Conditioning, Inc., for Replacement of Aluminum Refrigerant Piping at the Public
Works Facility in an amount not to exceed $230,200.00
B. Authorization to execute amendment No. 3 of the professional services contract with
H Design Group LLC for the St. Charles Public Works Facility in an amount not to
exceed $78,600.00
C. Update on the Current Sanitary Sewer Projects
D. New Town Vacuum Sanitary System Activities
E. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
F. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
6. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
7. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
8. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction
might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore
(RSMo 610.021.2)
3. Sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated
contract (RSMo 610.021.12)
