The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes of July 27, 2020 Meeting 3. Approval of the Board of Public Works Rules and Regulations 4. Engineering Department A. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Bi-State Utilities Co. for the Nathan Avenue to Rose Brae Drive Storm Sewer Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $1,006,160.00 B. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Fischer Grading, LLC for the Flood Gate #3 and Storm Sewer Improvements- Missouri River to N Main Project in an amount not to exceed $1,697,155.00 C. Zumbehl Road Culvert Replacement Project - Authority to Acquire D. Amendment to the Wellhead Protection District to Allow Outdoor Storage ` E. Approval of an Ordinance accepting sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, street lights for Newtown phase 10F 5. Public Works Department – Utility Division A. Authorization to enter into Amendment #4 of a contract with Woodard & Curran for SCADA system repairs, replacements, and reprogramming in the amount in amount not to exceed $149,304.00, total contract amount not to exceed $451,503.04 B. Presentation of the Sanitary Trunk Main Survey C. New Town Vacuum Sanitary System Activities D. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities E. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division 6. Emergency Purchases (verbal) 7. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff 8. CLOSED SESSION relative to: 1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1) 2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore (RSMo 610.021.2) 3.
