The Board of Public Works will hold its regular meeting Monday, September 28, 2020 at 5:00 pm
on the Fourth Floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, in Council Chambers. The agenda is as
follows:
1. Roll Call
2. Approval of Minutes of the August 24, 2020 Meeting
3. Approval of the Closed Minutes of the August 24, 2020 Meeting
4. Engineering Department
A. Approval of an Ordinance accepting sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains,
street light for New Town phase 2A addition.
B. Authorization to enter into a contract for the Riverpointe Public Infrastructure Project:
Contract 3 – Lombard Street Extension, Duct Bank and Sanitary Package with
Gershenson Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $3,698,016.90
C. Bridal Spur Culvert Replacement Project – Authority to Acquire
D. Seeburger Road Water Main Relocation – New Project and Authority to Acquire
5. Public Works Department – Utility Division
A. Authorization to enter into a Contract for Heritage Generator Installation with TGB,
Inc. in the amount of $433,580.00.
B. Authorization to enter into Amendment #1 with Schulte Supply for the purchase of
water meters in the amount of $35,000.00, total contract not to exceed $265,000.00
C. Authorization to enter into a Contract with Martin General Contractors, LLC for New
Town Vacuum System Canister Replacement Project in the amount of $377,500.00.
D. Authorization to amend the Engineering Services Contract with Woodard & Curran
to provide additional engineering services for the Water Vulnerability and Risk
Assessment in amount not to exceed $55,169.00.
E. 2019 Peak Performance Awards
F. New Town Vacuum Sanitary System Activities
G. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities
H. Monthly Report Relative to Operation of the Water Division
6. Emergency Purchases (verbal)
7. Written and/or Verbal Messages from Board Members and/or Staff
8. CLOSED SESSION relative to:
1. Legal actions, causes of action, or litigation (RSMo 610.021.1)
2. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate where public knowledge of the transaction
might adversely affect the legal consideration therefore

3. Sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated
