RECORD OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT CHARLES, MISSOURI September 20, 2016 ______________________________________________________________________________ The City Council convened in a Regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of City Hall, 200 North Second Street, with President of the Council Mary Ann Ohms, presiding, The Honorable Mayor Sally A. Faith and the Members of the Council present as follows: Dave Beckering, Tom Besselman, Laurie Feldman, John Hanneke, Rod Herrmann, Bridget Ohmes Jerry Reese, and Mary West. Absent: Ron Stivison. A motion was made by JOHN HANNEKE to excuse the absence of Councilmember Ron Stivison. DAVE BECKERING seconded the motion. All voted in favor, motion passed. The email stated the new road is beautiful and safe…and she loves Saint Charles! The Honorable Mayor Sally A. Faith announced the City of Saint Charles Police Department and Royal Canin will be hosting the 2016 Missouri Police Canine Association Workshop from September 18 – 24, 2016. A free Police Canine demonstration at Mueller Park will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Faith also announced the following upcoming events: Oktoberfest, Farmers Market, various events at the Family Arena and Convention Center.
