APRIL 4, 2017 ELECTION RESULTS Canvass of Election Returns of the General Municipal Election held April 4, 2017, and Declaration of the Election Results A motion was made by DAVE BECKERING to receive and approve the certification of the election results of the General Municipal Election held on April 4, 2017. This amendment will require the firewood for personal use be stored in the side or rear yard but nowhere in the front yard. And that the personal firewood is to be covered v. Administration stated the following information will be gathered and presented to the City Councilmembers at a future meeting: a plan with the number of projects the contracted employees oversee, funding source(s) and maps. b. Ms. Ohmes further reported there will be an election for the Executive Board Members at this meeting and if any Councilmember is interested in serving to please let her know. Councilmember Jerry Reese announced the Prescription Drug Take-Back Event was held this past Saturday and it was a success. Up to 400 pounds of prescription drugs were collected. Councilmember Mary West announced the Annual Foundry Art Centre Gala Fund Raiser Event is being held on Friday, May 5th.
