Adjournment 2016 Meeting Schedule: December 8 (City Lights Judging) Next meeting will be held at a special date and time December 8, 2016 5:00 pm for City Lights Holiday Contest Judging. We will meet in the City Hall Lobby at 5:00pm to board the SCAT bus. The City of St. Charles offers all interested citizens the opportunity to attend public meetings and comment on public matters.
