Call to order and call the roll. 2. Approve the minutes of the February 29, 2016 Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting. CONSENT AGENDA: Site Plan Extension 3. Case No. SP-2015-18. (1560 VMP LLC) An application for a new commercial building located at 1562 Veterans Memorial Parkway. The subject property is 4.20 acres and is located in Ward 3. This is a 1-year extension of a previous approval since the original site plan approval will expire on April 27, 2015. CONSENT AGENDA: Site Plan 4. Case No. SP-2015-33. (Lawrence Group) An application for a Site Plan approval for revisions to a previously approved development (SSM-Eastern Healthplex) within the PD-C Planned Development-Commercial District, specifically for the redesign of the office building facade at 711 Veterans Memorial Parkway. (Douglas Light – Grubbs & Associates) An application for a Site Plan approval for a new porte-cochere within the O-I Office Institution District, specifically to remove an old awning and replace with a new awning and porte-cochere for Charlevoix Healthcare at 1221 Boone’s Lick Road. The subject property is 4.67 acres and is located in Ward 2. PUBLIC HEARING: Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance 6. Case No. TA-2016-1. (William Levinson). Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Section §400.860 (B) Other Development Regulations for “PD” Planned Districts, specifically to add Chapter 505 Streets and Sidewalks, Article III Construction and Repair, §505.240 Driveway and Curb Cuts Permits to standards which may be modified within a Planned District. (David Fansin) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.240(C)(1)(a) for a Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Business within the I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District, specifically to approve a Vehicle Restoration/Body Shop with associated Paint Booth at 2206-2210 N. Third Street. The subject property is 2.0 acres and is located in Ward 1. SITE PLAN: 8. Case No. SP-2016-4. (MetalFlex, Inc.) An application for a Site Plan approval for a changes to a previously approved site plan (SP-2015-8) within the I-2 Heavy Industrial District, specifically to construct a new 10,500 sq. ft. building at 2932 Elm Point Industrial Drive.
