Call to order and the roll. 2. Approve the minutes of the April 23rd, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting. CONSENT AGENDA 3. Right-of-way Vacation – Vacation of the right-of-way of Old Friedens Road as recorded in Plat Book 48 Page 67. 4. Case No. SP-2018-10. (Joe Wiedemeier) An application for Site Plan approval for an accessory structure located at 2020 South Old Highway 94 within the C-2 General Business District. The subject property is 0.51 acres and is located in Ward 4. 5. Case No. SP-2018-11. (Bax Engineering – Larry Walker) An application for Site Plan approval for a building addition located at 121 Point West Boulevard within the I-1 Light Industrial District. The subject property is 7.87 acres and is located within Ward 6.  6. Case No. SP-2018-13. (Bax Engineering – Cliff Heitmann) An application for Site Plan approval for a building addition, parking lot, driveway, and retaining wall located at 3500 Harry S. Truman Boulevard within the I-1 Light Industrial District. (Robert Dodd) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §3.1 of the Saint Charles Gateways Smartcode, specifically to approve a Guest House use within the T4- NMX Neighborhood Mixed Use District, located at 418 McDonough Street. The subject property is 6,480 square feet, is zoned C-2 General Business District within the EHP Extended Historic Preservation District, within the T4-NMX Neighborhood Mixed Use District, located in Ward 2. PUBLIC HEARING: Conditional Use 8. Case No. CU-2018-13. (Jacob Illy – Well Properties, LLC) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.250(C)(1) for outdoor storage within the I-2 Heavy Industrial District, specifically to approve the storage of recreational vehicles, campers, boats and trailers only at Lot 45 of Elm Point Industrial Park, more specifically located on the north side of Mueller Road, approximately 700 feet northwest of the intersection of Mueller Road and Elm Point Industrial Drive. The subject property is 3.95 acres and is located in Ward 8. Site Plan 9. Case No. SP-2018-12.
