Call to order and the roll. 2. Approve the minutes of the March 25th, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting. CONSENT AGENDA 3. Case No SP-2019-14. (Steve Quigley – Clayton Engineering) A Site Plan application for a building and parking addition for the St. Charles School District within the A Agricultural District located at 435 Yale Boulevard. The property is approximately 14.18 acres and is located within Ward 10. 4. Case No SP-2019-15. (Steve Quigley – Clayton Engineering) A Site Plan application for a building addition for the St. Charles School District within the O-I Office Institutional District located at 3601 Droste Road. The property is approximately 24 acres and is located within Ward 10. 5. Case No SP-2019-17. Cherry) An application to rezone upon annexation an approximately 1.04 acre tract of land, known as 900 Hemsath Road, from St. Charles County R1E Single-Family Residential District to City of St. Charles R-1E Single- Family Residential District. The property will be located in Ward 4 upon annexation. PUBLIC HEARING: Text Amendment: 14. Case No. TA-2019- 02. (St. Charles Memorial Gardens) An application to amend Chapter 400 of the Code of Ordinances by amending §400.240 “I-1 Light industrial District”, specifically to allow cemetery uses as a conditional use within the district. (City of St. Charles) An application to amend Chapter 400 of the Code of Ordinances by amending §400.050 “Definitions” and §400.230 “C-3 Highway Business District” specifically relating to Medical Marijuana Facilities. This amendment would permit Medical Marijuana Facilities within §400.240 I-1 Light Industrial District and §400.250 I-2 Heavy Industrial Districts.
