Call to order and the roll. 2. Approve the minutes of the April 22nd, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting. CONSENT AGENDA No Items PUBLIC HEARING: Rezoning 3. Case No. Z-2019-08. (John Devaney) An application to rezone an approximately 5.89 acre tract of land, known as Lot 7 of PT Survey 979, located northeast of the intersection of Ehlmann Road and Shady Springs Lane, from I-1 Light Industrial District to R-1D Single-Family Residential District. The property is located in Ward 6. PUBLIC HEARING: Rezoning 4. Case No. Z-2019-09. (Busy Bee R.E. LLC) An application to rezone an approximately 1.719 acre tract of land, located southeast of Boschertown Road, approximately 650 feet northeast of the intersection of Boschertown Road and Little Hills Expressway, from C-I Neighborhood Business District to PD-I Planned Development-Industrial District. As part of this application, an additional request for the approval of an Amended Preliminary Development Plan for an existing tract zoned PD-I totaling approximately 26.5 acres adjacent to the rezoning. The total development area for this application including both requests is approximately 28.219 acres. The property is located in Ward 1. PUBLIC HEARING: Conditional Use 5. Case No. CU-2019-12. (West Clay Auto Center) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.220(C)(1)(c) for an Motor Vehicle Sales use within the C-2 General Business District, located at 2531 West Clay Street. The subject property is approximately 0.1774 acres and is located in Ward 2. PUBLIC HEARING: Conditional Use 6. Case No. CU-2019-13. (Dandy Dog Day Spa – Rebecca Lynn Daricek) An application for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.220(C)(1)(a) for a Dog Beauty Parlor/Grooming use within the C-2 General Business District and within the WHP Wellhead Protection District, located at 3756 Elm Street. The subject property is approximately 2.56 acres and is located in Ward 8. PUBLIC HEARING: Text Amendment: 7. Case No. TA-2019-04. (Ed Akers) An application to amend Chapter 400 of the Code of Ordinances by amending §400.290 FHCD Frenchtown Historic Commercial District. This amendment would make revisions to the permitted and conditional uses in the Frenchtown Historic Commercial District as recommended by the Frenchtown Revitalization Partnership.
