Call to order and the roll. 2. Approve the minutes of the December 23rd, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting. CONSENT AGENDA 3. Case No. SP-2019-37. (BFA, Inc.– Mark Harriman) A Site Plan for a new 4,217 square foot medical office building for Total Access Urgent Care at 3909 Mexico Road. The property is zoned C-3 Highway Business District, is approximately 0.86 acres in area, and is located within Ward 6. 4. Time Extension for Case No. CU-2018-33. (Gabrielle Gates) An application for a time extension for a Conditional Use Permit from §400.220(C)(1)(a) for an In-Vehicle Sales or Service (Car Wash) use within the C-2 General Business District located at 2855 Veterans Memorial Parkway. (Lewis and Clark Career Center) A Preliminary Plat application for a proposed R- 1E Single Family Residential District for a 5.1 acre portion of a 14.18 acre tract known as 435 Yale Boulevard. The property is located within Ward 10. PUBLIC HEARING: Rezoning 7. Case No. Z-2020-02. (Bax Engineering Company – Larry Walker) An application to rezone approximately 1.15 acre tract of land known as 3481 Harry S. Truman Boulevard, from I-1 Light Industrial District to C- 3 Highway Commercial District. The property is located in Ward 6. SITE PLAN 8. Case No. SP-2020-01. (Bax Engineering Company – Larry Walker) A Site Plan for Dollar General at 3481 Harry S. Truman Boulevard. The property is proposed to be zoned C-3 Highway Business District, is approximately 1.15 acres in area, and is located within Ward 6. SITE PLAN 9. Case No. SP-2019-22. (Pickett, Ray & Silver – Doug Tiemann) An application for review of amended elevations for a previously approved site plan located east of the intersection of Little Hills Expressway and Boschertown Road. The property is zoned PD-I Planned Development – Industrial District and is approximately 28 acres in size located within Ward 1. Administrative 10.
