Online: Chris Matter, Carol Loncar PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE recited ADOPTION OF AGENDA: MOTION to adopt the agenda as presented (Caruso/Lorenz). Motion carried. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MEETING MINUTES: MOTION to approve the minutes from February (Lorenz/Caruso). Motion carried. MOTION to approve the minutes from March (Lorenz/Sykora). Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENTS: None ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION and/or ACTIONS BY COMMISSION 1. Ordinance reviews. 1a. Chapter 8, confidentiality — review latest changes: Discussed the updates to Chapter 8 Confidentiality. MOTION to recommend to the Board to approve Chapter 8 Confidentiality with the addition of the severability clause (Rang/Caruso). Motion carried. 1b. Chapter 156, signs — review based on Reed vs. Town of Gilbert case: Discussed the updates to Chapter 156 signs. Revisions will be made and this will be on the next month’s agenda. 2. Standing items: Review of budget; updates from county; update on complaints: No updates from the County at this time and no updates on complaints. RECOMMENDATIONS TO TOWN BOARD: Chapter 8 Confidentiality ITEMS FOR TOWN BOARD AGENDA: Chapter 8 Confidentiality ADJOURNMENT: MOTION to adjourn at 7:13 pm (Caruso/Lorenz). Motion carried.
